It could be a dupe of bug 1130450.

STR: load the MP4 attached to the bug.
Result: "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt" message is displayed.

1st regression:

After Bug 1057879 landed, this MP4 crashed Firefox.

It has been fixed by:
http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=bf5fcc0c4b27&tochange=3b7921328fc1 (surely by Bug 1066319)
The MP4 doesn't crash Firefox anymore but cannot be decoded.
